Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Method

SugarHalo ships within the United States via USPS. An estimated delivery date is shown at checkout based on the selected service and our current processing time. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Availability

At this time, SugarHalo ships to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. SugarHalo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SugarHalo does not offer package protection. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. SugarHalo cannot guarantee replacement for packages marked as delivered, or for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you once the order is delivered. SugarHalo is not liable for shipping delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with payment or shipping errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or any violation of our Terms of Service. All orders are subject to product availability, which may change without notice.

Policy Updates

SugarHalo may update this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Purchases made after an update are subject to the current policy.
