Damaged or Defective Items

If your SugarHalo arrives damaged or defective, contact us at sugarhalo.support@gmail.com and we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Returns (U.S. Customers)

You may request a return for a refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition and with its original packaging.

All returns must be approved by SugarHalo before being sent back. To start a return, email us at sugarhalo.support@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process a refund for a return we do not receive.

There is no restocking fee. However, original shipping charges paid at checkout are not refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If the item is not received in its original condition and original packaging, the return may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1 to 2 weeks. Refunds exclude the original shipping charges paid at checkout.

Compatibility Notice

SugarHalo connects to Dexcom and Nightscout using unofficial integration methods. These integrations are not provided, endorsed, or controlled by Dexcom or any other CGM provider. While we actively maintain support for these platforms and work to keep our software current, we do not control their systems and cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality.

Changes made by Dexcom, Nightscout, or other third parties, such as login updates, data access restrictions, or service outages, may temporarily affect SugarHalo's ability to retrieve glucose data. When issues like this arise, we work in good faith to release software updates that restore functionality as quickly as we reasonably can.

By purchasing SugarHalo, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Connectivity issues caused by changes to third-party systems are not considered a product defect and are not valid grounds for a return or refund.

Order Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations once a purchase is complete. Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery and cannot be modified or canceled after checkout.

International Returns

SugarHalo currently ships within the United States only. International return terms will be added when international shipping becomes available.

Policy Updates

SugarHalo may update this return policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Purchases made after an update are subject to the current policy.
